No Refund & Cancellation Policy
WAVETREE NETWORKS PVT LTD
At WAVETREE NETWORKS PVT LTD, we strive to offer seamless and uninterrupted broadband services. To ensure operational clarity and fairness, the following policy applies to all customers using our services.
1. Prepaid Billing and Renewals
All broadband services offered by WAVETREE NETWORKS PVT LTD are strictly prepaid. Invoices are generated in advance for the upcoming billing cycle. Once an invoice is generated, the charges are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable, regardless of whether the service is used or terminated before the end of the billing cycle.
2. No Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds under the following circumstances:

After invoice generation and/or payment

Early service termination by the customer

Partial or no usage of the service

Service interruptions due to customer-side issues, or external/uncontrollable factors
All payments made toward the service are final.
3. Service Cancellation

Customers may request service cancellation by contacting our support team before the next billing cycle.

Cancellations requested after the invoice is generated will be applicable only for the next cycle, and no refund will be processed for the current billing cycle.
4. Return of CPE Equipment (Router, Modem, ONT, Cables, etc.)
Any equipment (Customer Premises Equipment – CPE) such as routers, modems, ONTs, power adapters, or cables provided by WAVETREE NETWORKS PVT LTD during installation remains the property of the company.

Customers are legally bound to return all such equipment in good condition immediately after service termination, cancellation, or expiry of the service period.

Failure to return the provided equipment, or willful retention without renewing or using the service, shall be treated as a breach of agreement and may result in legal action, including recovery charges and penalties.

In case of damage or non-return, the customer will be charged as per the prevailing CPE cost.
5. Billing Disputes
Any billing-related issues or discrepancies must be reported to our support team within 3 days of invoice receipt. Requests made after this period may not be entertained.
6. Policy Acceptance
By subscribing to and using our broadband services, you agree to this No Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the terms related to billing and equipment. This policy is subject to revision, and any changes will be notified via our official website or customer communication channels.
