Once a service plan is activated or payment is successfully processed, no return, cancellation, or refund shall be permitted.

Installation charges, activation fees, plan charges, and advance payments are non-refundable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

WAVETREE NETWORKS PRIVATE LIMITED provides internet and digital connectivity services only. As such, the Company follows a strict No Cancellation, No Return, and No Refund Policy, except where required under applicable law.

Once a service plan is activated, installed, or payment is successfully processed, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

All service charges, including but not limited to installation fees, activation fees, plan charges, advance payments, and deposits, are non-refundable.

Requests for cancellation or refund due to change of mind, non-usage, relocation, speed variation, or temporary service disruption shall not be entertained.

Refunds, if any, shall be considered only where mandated by applicable law or explicitly agreed upon in a written agreement or Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Any approved refund, if applicable, shall be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
Service Delivery & Activation Policy

Installation and activation dates provided are tentative and subject to network readiness, right-of-way permissions, and external dependencies.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to local permissions, weather conditions, equipment availability, or third-party service providers.
